The first thing I had to create a new scene by clicking "New -> Scene" the next thing to do was import the 7 different images of the characters actions onto Adobe Flash.
I then dragged the first picture of the character which was him standing still onto the canvas. I then had to click on "Onion Skin" which made the Character images transparent so I could see where to put them to make the clip look realistic.
I then dragged the rest of the Photos of the Characters actions onto the canvas each time before adding a new one I first had to right click on the next frame and click "Insert Blank Keyframe". I arranged and moved the photos around to fit in with the sequence of the photos which was the character jumping up high and landing.
Once done i clicked on play but it was too fast so to slow it down a tiny bit I right clicked on each individual frame and clicked on "Insert Frame".
Once completed and happy with the sequence I decided to add a moving ball for him to jump over. The first thing i done was create a new layer on the timeline section. I then created the shape of a ball for the character to jump over. I made ball shape a symbol so its easier to work with, I did this by highlighting over the layer and clicking on modify and "Create New Symbol".
I then dragged it to the right side of the page, just off the page and clicked on the last layer of the character jumping sequence. I then right clicked on the ball and clicked "Create Motion Tween". I then went to the first layer on the sequence and held down shift and dragged the ball to the left side of the page so it looked like the character was jumping over a ball rolling towards him.
I then click on "File - Export - Movie" and saved it to my desktop and a .mov File.
